Meet the Host
Brian von Dedenroth
Before hosting a reality show, Brian von Dedenroth got a taste of being a contestant on a reality show when chosen as a semi-finalist, from 10,000 applicants, on the first season of The Next Food Network Star. He has hosted travel programs for Amtrak and Cities by Foot, has spoken to thousands of college-bound students for Monster.com, and has appeared as a Lifestyle Expert on news programs nationwide. He is a cooking and wine educator at Santa Barbara City College and privately. In his spare time von Dedenroth can be found biking, skiing, and enjoying wines from the nearby CA Central Coast.
